Anyone know if there's a Tim Horton's in downtown Denver?

I googled it and there is a Tim Horton's in Denver, but I can't find the exact location. I'm wondering about this because I have a friend that lives in Denver and she gets around using public transportation. She doesn't own a car and she works downtown. Her birthday is coming up and I'd like to get her a gift certificate to Tim Horton's. I got her a gift certificate to Starbucks for Christmas.

It's funny that they've never expanded into Minnesota. We're a border state, and even share a border with Ontario. Oh well, maybe one of these days. :)
