When he got divorced, sex stopped for him. He was taught that masturbatin was a sin, so he did not do it, and for some reason, his body never "expressed" in a wet dream.

Well, after a few months of this, he lost his ability to pee properly. He went to the doctor, who put on a glove and made him bend over. The doctor massaged his prostate and he was "relieved".
