It's the first letter from this page, though the second (and last) one is also a scream.

Here's the excerpt that's killing me from the first letter, written by the CEO of Associated Builders and Contractors:

More than 84% of the U.S. construction workforce is comprised of merit-shop employees, workers who for the most part have rejected the closed work rules and limited opportunities found in a union environment.

Yeah - 84% of all construction workers willingly and intentionally went out looking for non-union shops.

No, you fucking idiot, 84% work in non-union shops; probably 98% of them work in non-union shops because so many stingy asshole fuck construction company owners like you won't let them have unions so that you can fuck 'em over six ways to Sunday.

I have no belief that that man's company is merit-based for any of his construction workers.

"rejected closed work rules and limited opportunities". Yeah, right.

(note: I know that some businesses really are merit-based - I've worked in a few - but they're only merit-based at the top, in management; I've never heard of a company that does merit-based starting on the bottom, except mom and pop operations)
