1. i do know this:
the B-side of "Crystal Blue Persuasion" was a tune called "I'm Alive".

it got some airplay in NYC, i remember the song pretty well.

hadn't thought about it, probably since 1969, when i downloaded the new Tom Jones album last month.

the opening track is... "I'm Alive". and a bang-up version of it Sir Tom does, for sure.

Tommy James is still touring.

and i actually did go to see him at some mob club in Brooklyn back in the 70s. good show.

Apparently the band got back together a couple of years ago.
