I've posted some dark and disturbing stuff lately
I guess I've kinda had the blues lately and some bad things have happened to me as well. I've been really stressed over my job lately, too. I told someone here yesterday that I made the most money I ever made in my life last year. But let me tell you, I'd trade a good chunk of it for a saner job, and I've been trying to do that. Things just aren't going my way I guess. So, this weekend I will try to only post happy stuff or at least emotionally neutral stuff. I promise that I will definitely not make anyone cry like I did last week. Thanks for reading and in closing I'd like to say that I like you so much better when you're naked.

2. I think we all have bad weeks from time to time.
Life is a major challenge sometimes.

I hope it gets way better for you...soon.

make sure you do fun things for yourself and make time to relax. Sometimes just knowing you are stressed is a good start, so you can be kind to yourself. Exercised also helps.

4. Yeah, and I'm feeling a little better today
and maybe not so coincidentally it is abnormally warm and sunny today for winter. I've noticed that buying something makes me feel better when I have the blues. I've got a friend who is also suffering from a mild case of depression, too. I'm thinking about going out and buying happy stuff and sending it to her- a happy book; some happy music; maybe some St John's wort. :)

5. the sun certainly helps - and getting out and active does too

I shovel or get out my snowshoes when it gets too snowy - it's a great way to avoid cabin fever. Have a great day! :hi:
