4. Got to 50 here in Sheboygan, WI today.
I was outside a lot with my neighbor's dogs getting all muddy. :-)

5. You should have seen Lake Michigan today.
Little chunks of snow and ice floating in open water like ice cubes in a drink. It's still 32 degrees in there, but on land everything is melting.

6. The Fox is still frozen, which seems weird. The Illinois is thawing, though,
and has ice floes in it.

people were so glad to be walking around in light coats and shirt-sleeves. I even saw a few folks in shorts...
