Apparently he was a famous clown, back when one could be famous for being a clown and not stuck making balloon animals at birthday parties. I might murder a hobo (or a hobo clown) for a Panhard, and the fact that it was a clown car only increased the appeal, but it looks like Arizona done baked the interior.
