I think I finally found just the place too. I did a Yelp search of the barber shops in Yonkers and I found a winner:

Not only is it a barber shop, it's also a tattoo parlor, a piercing salon and a tarot-card reader. In December, some kid was gunned-down by gangsters sitting in the chair while getting his hair cut. I mean its' famous now, the murder even got covered in the NY Post.

(Yes, this is really a barber shop in my neighborhood...no, I'm not getting my haircut there.)

my last cut was in june or july and i got a trim in september, but i'm such a shaggy bastard now. i'm just too lazy to make an appointment at the beauty school because it's about a half hour away.
