Really wrap it around backwards so your toe nail scrapes the top of your foot. That ALWAYS makes misery even more miserable.

I'm still waiting on Aunt Flo to arrive, but I know she's on the way. Yesterday, I wanted to fling myself off a bridge, with or without water under it, didn't matter. Today, I have felt strangely calm in that kind of way where if one single thing goes like it did yesterday, my head would do a 360 degree turn and my eyes would shoot death rays out of them. Wait'll Aunt Flo gets here. Boy have I got a few bones to pick with her.

Actually, I have weirdo friend who claims liquids are not "food" when we play "Scattegories"...

I know that some people on hunger strikes (and diets, for that matter) don't eat, but ingest liquids ...

16. If you are fasting for a bloodwork test that includes that fasting blood glucose test

it can be NOTHING but water or black coffee...no broth, nothing. Minimum 12 hour fast.

That is why the labs are batshit insane in the AM....everyone wanting to get it over with so they can have coffee..I just did this 2 weeks ago myself....
