I'll gladly pay for the difference if it's an upgrade, but this phone is just an absolute piece of SHIT, and I don't want it anymore!

So if you hear of a violent incident involving a 3' lead pipe at a Verizon store in Louisiana...... Well, that won't be me, because it wouldn't fit in my briefcase.... ;) But I'm already mentally preparing myself for causing a scene. Today, I think I'll use a technique learned from a friend. When they get obstinate, you just step back from the counter and start screaming, "YEAH!!! THAT'S IT, BABY!!!! PINCH MY NIPPLES!!!! OH, YEAH!!!!" When their eyes are sufficiently big, and a crowd has gathered, you say, "Hey- that's what I'm like when I'm being fucked- If you don't like it, then I'd suggest you stop fucking me!"
