My dog is a mutt! Ask me anything!

So we had DNA testing done on Maddy, and today we got the results.

20-36% Italian Greyhound
10-19% Beagle
10-19% Boston Terrier
10-19% Chow Chow
10-19% Golden Retriever
10-19% Poodle

7. Her face is quite striking.
I'm sure she can make you cry with a look. Our Pru can. She's a rescue, and she knows how to work it. Rotten little Doxie.
That is one beautiful pup you have there. Give her kisses from me.

8. It's a Guidobeagboschowgoldendoodle
I bet you could see it for about $1000 bucks if you market that as a breed.

Seriously, that's a really cute dog.

11. What an adorable little mash-up!
She's probably smarter than any of those breeds altogether--mutts that survive are usually the smart ones. My Parents' first dog (who I tend to think of as my little brother Casey) was a German shepherd and who knows what else mix--but was maybe one of the smartest animals I've known--strong vocabulary. Understood performing tricks for compensation. Very affectionate and intuitive about how *his people* needed to be treated. (Although their pedigree Shiba Inu--my littlest brother--Buster, is another smarty-pants--so maybe it's how my parents raise kids and puppies, since my brother and I are also kind of smart.)

Italian greyhound and chow chow both suggest high spirits--the rest of her make-up is little ingratiators (beagles) and smarties (poodles are quite smart, however they may look). I bet that lil' dog has one funny, affectionate personality. And probably surprises you occasionally with some funky, too-smart trick where you wonder "How did she do that?"

I think it's cool that her face is black and white--otherwise she's such a miniature golden retreiver. It's a beagle face--too cute! Or it's a Greyhound muzzle--or...?

Just very cute,
