They weren't supposed to be laughing, but everyone got the giggles, and each time Debbie spoke one of her downer lines, everyone had to fight the urge to laugh. It was far funnier than they intended and the subsequent Debbie Downer skits were not nearly as funny. Couldn't find it on Youtube though.

One other that comes to mind is the perverted italian restaurant where the couple is in an Italian restaurant, and Dana Carvey's head waiter character makes lascivious advances on Alley's character...the climax of the bit is when Carvey hoists another female customer onto one of the dining tables with her legs in the air while he simulates humping her. "Bellisima". I almost passed out laughing. Rob Schnieder walked in wearing a Speedo too.
