I'm going to watch a TV show about my Uncle Joe on RETRO
Which includes characters based on relatives who were close to me

Somehow, I don't think its going to tell me something I don't already know or approximate most of reality

3. They got some major facts straight
and other stuff is theatrical filler.

What I can't over is they skipped over my Grandmother, Susie, who was his older sister

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078167/

What was cool was that my Great Grandmother was portrayed by the great Beah Richards.

Joe Stalin?
Or Joe Louis, based on where you're from would be more likely.

2. Do you get the Golf Channel?............
On Wed night, there is a documentary on called "Uneven Fairways", narrated by Samuel L. Basically, its about the Negro Leagues of Golf and how they were instrumental in breaking down the race barrier in pro golf. Anyway, I saw a really good clip that detailed Joe Louis' contribution to integrating the pro end of the sport. I had no idea he was as good of a golfer as he was.
