As in, if it smelled slightly sour, and I put it in a crock pot and cooked it for 6 hours, after soaking it in beer for an hour - will it kill me with Salmonella?

6. Let me put it this way - I am supremely fucked up |
|
I'm going off a 4-week Vicodin cycle, so I got myself drunk on the "WD Day"
I drank 3 12oz bottles of beer ranging from 13%-16%
I am feeling no stomach pain, but I am feeling a sense of dislodging from the universe

From eating tainted meat. Maybe if you croak you'll achieve Nirvana.
But considering how many people eat slightly rancid meat deliberately - they hang game - I doubt if you're in much danger.
