4. that's part of the daycare deal, unfortunately
hang in there, mom.

I still remember my kid's daycare rules about what color of runny nose goo was acceptable ( to still send em), as opposed to keeping them home...

5. What was it, or what did you think it was?
'Rule' from our pediatrician: a 'cold' lasts 5-7 days; longer than that, check it out. MANY become ear infections. (PS, my 'babies' are 20 and 24!)

6. It did become an ear infection last time.
It isn't a cold. It is viral. She went to the doc last night. The other babies in her class all have it. It is just going around. x(

7. Aww.. Poor kid.
:(

If I was there I'd take a shift with her so you could get some rest. I used to do a whole lot of babysitting, including with infants.

That constant need for comfort and for rocking, for constant wipes and frequent changes and cleanings, and the need to hear a comforting voice... It's got to be wearing you out if you're there all alone with her.

8. Get well soon, Baby Shell Beau!
It's tough when they get sick...especially if you have to make arrangements for their care because you have to work and the daycare doesn't want you to send your baby in with the creeping crud.:hug::hug:
