2. That's not surprising.
That would make him 27 when I was born in 1966, which sounds about right.

4. Is that the one with "Touch Me" on it?
We almost used that song for our 1969 wedding, except my soon-to-be-husband couldn't go through with it because - he had a Ph.D. in American Language and Literature and was a college professor - couldn't bear the horrid grammar in that song.

"... 'til the stars fall from the sky
for you and I....."

We went the Simon and Garfunkel route instead, god forgive us.

8. Let me google, but first,
let me guess.

I think he was maybe thirty-two when he died.

Now, to the google ---------------------------------------------------->

Whooops.

I forgot he was part of that twenty-seven-year-old-dead-rock-star triumvirate that included Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix.

Only twenty-seven when he bought the farm.

Jesus.
