I'd have to say my top three are:
"Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex* (*But Were Afraid to Ask)"
"Sleeper"
"Broadway Danny Rose"

13. Love and Death
Drill Sergeant: You want a dishonorable discharge?
Boris: Yes sir, either that or a furlough.

Drill Sergeant: One, two. One, two. One, two.
Boris: Three is next, if you're having any trouble.

Countess Alexandrovna: You are the greatest lover I've ever had.
Boris: Well, I practice a lot when I'm alone.

Soldier: He was from my village. He was the village idiot.
Boris: Yeah, what did you do, place?

Sonja: To love is to suffer. To avoid suffering one must not love. But then one suffers from not loving. Therefore, to love is to suffer; not to love is to suffer; to suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy, then, is to suffer, but suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be unhappy, one must love or love to suffer or suffer from too much happiness. I hope you're getting this down.

Sonja: Boris, you can't be serious, you're talking about Mother Russia.
Boris: She's not my mother. My mother's standing right here, and she's not gonna let her youngest baby get shrapnel in his gums.

Sonja: Violence is justified in the service of mankind.
Boris: Who said that?
Sonja: Attila the Hun.
Boris: You're quoting a Hun to me?

Sonja: What are you suggesting, passive resistance?
Boris: No, I'm suggesting active fleeing

Sergeant: If they kill more Russians, they win. If we kill more Frenchmen, we win.
Boris Grushenko: What do we win?

19. I recently saw Love and Death for the first time
I couldn't get over what an obvious and intentional homage to the Marx Brothers' style it was, as well as an affectionate mockery of Bergman.

Funny stuff, and Diane Keaton is great in it!

22. Wheat!
I believe it was Woody's take on "War and Peace" but his "early funny ones" were all heavily influenced by the Marx Brothers, I think.

15. "Bananas"--although it's funnier if you remember
Howard Cosell and J. Edgar Hoover

"Love and Death" is second.

18. Husbands and Wives
Though Annie Hall is close to perfect, Judy Davis is so magnificent in Husbands and Wives that she elevates an already excellent film well into the stratosphere.

23. I'd have to allow for the Comedy/Drama distinction.
And, those would go to "Annie Hall" and "Crimes and Misdemeanors".
