3. I'm cooking a homemade roast.

The London broil is already tender. The carrots are starting to get tender. In some of my taste tests, the onions practically melted in my mouth. So far, I would say this roast is my best yet. Plus, I have red potatoes to add in the morning when I finish cooking it for dinner tomorrow. I wish roasts like this were on sale more often.
