Commit random acts of kindness today. With so many people having problems, we all could use some kindness in our lives.

And if all else fails, show yourself some love today. (And, no, that's not what I'm talking about, not that there's anything wrong with that.) Treat yourself to something you like to do, even if it's laying in bed watching sappy movies with a pint of Ben & Jerry's.
