Age of Aquarius -- Tell us about the first time you saw "Hair"
Edited on Sat Feb-14-09 12:01 PM by MineralMan
For me it was in 1968, in Hollywood. Jennifer Warnes (called herself Jennifer Warren then) played Sheila.

I saw it again, in 1974, at the same theater, but with an undistinguished cast.

I've also seen two execrable little theater productions of it since then.

1. I saw it in a movie theatre in the early 1980s. I was in love. I had both
the hollywood soundtrack and the broadway soundtrack. Love it.

2. I was in a crowd scene in the film version
they filmed a few scenes in DC when I was in school there. I've never seen the stage play. The film is pretty wacky-love the Twyla Tharp dancing.
