Damn, I'm tired

Chaired a "Committee on Accounts, Enrollments, and Revenue Administration" meeting; attended the full Board of Aldermen meeting; realized that the governor's budget just blew an $8 million hole in the city's deficit; tried to find a way to get anti-gang money to the police department before the repo man starts grabbing the cruisers; and drank a really nasty concoction called "Firehouse Ale", which seems to have been brewed in a vat with used jock straps and citrus air fresheners.

It's a stressed out kind of tired, so i figure the Lounge is as good a place as any to let my brain shut down.

That and I needed to check the Wednesday morning paper online to see if i said anything stupid...
