So the roof guy came and looked at the leak in the bathroom

Apparently the condensation tube from the air conditioner runs over that spot, and some of the screws holding it to the roof came loose letting water in.

The dude fixed it for the reasonable price of $125 bucks.

We don't have to knock the wall down in the bathroom, and we don't have to replace the roof, so this is a good thing. :D

1. Whew. It's always such a relief when a repair is reasonable.

Normally it seems like it's the opposite. Something you think is "no big deal" winds up costing ya, big time.

3. It's winter here in NJ, so I didn't even think about A/C issues

4. It's not a problem with the AC unit itself

It's just the screws holding down the condensation pipe.
