Can you laugh at yourself in real life

What's embaressing though, is when I'm riding in the car all alone, and start chuckling to myself, I'm sure onlookers think I'm "touched" or something, and then that makes me laugh even more. Or, Or! Like when I'm trying to find a funny greeting card, and I'm practically peeing all over myself, esp. the ones from Target!!!

7. When I look at my paycheck and see the amount of taxes

the government and state rape me of ... along with the outrageous insurance premium share responsibility, stripped from me ...it's one of the biggest jokes around!!!!

10. I can laugh at myself, but there's a trick to it.

If I've done something clumsy and get hurt and others laugh at me first, God help them. I'm like a cat in that way. Go ahead, laugh at a cat that has just underestimated how much jumping power they'd need to jump from the couch to some other piece of furniture. That cat will give you a look that will have you :scared: Cats HATE to be laughed at.

If I laugh at myself first (after the pain subsides), then it's ok.

13. When I was going through the worst kind of hell I had a good friend who

laughed at me and what I was going through. I told her how painful it was to me and described to her what I saw on the ink blot test. She laughed and laughed. I laughed too. I always tried to keep it up. I knew that and crying alot at the time were the only things that was keeping me human. I've never regretted laughing at myslef. I was a clown as a young teen so it comes naturally to me.
