13. I really like it too! His dad named him after his father.

So, he has a grandpa Joe and he has an uncle Joe too! (His aunt's middle name is Josephine. Her parents wanted to keep the name in the family and she was the first born.) There were no male grandchildren in the family to carry on the family name until he came along! The name will go on another generation now! Three generations of Josephs!

Yes, that's me and his dad the next evening getting ready to go home. He's my first child.

I ate really healthy (lots of fresh fruits and veggies and lots of organic food and very little processed food, wheat or high fructose sugars) food during the pregnancy (his dad is an awesome cook!) and I only gained 18 pounds so that really helped me stay healthy.

I worked at the farm caring for my horse and the other horses too so I got plenty of exercise and fresh air. No riding though! I am so out of shape for that but I've got plenty of time to get back into riding. Right now, I'm enjoying the baby and my mare is having a training break.

My baby boy just turned 12 (*sob*) and he's getting ready to pass me in both height and weight. My "baby" daughter is almost 9.

It's such a cliche, but the years just fly by. With babies/toddlers they say "the days are long, but the years are short." I think that is true.

47. He was given all of his clothes at my two showers. He is a very fashion forward baby.

He has oodles of clothes! My good friend gave me lots of little boy hand-me-downs too! We are trying to let him wear everything before he outgrows things! The newborn and 0-3 month clothes are too samll and he's only 7 1/2 weeks old now! He is very long (his dad is well over 6' tall and I'm not short by any means.)

He has little socks that look like Converse All Star CHuck Taylor high top sneakers. With his Chuck Taylor socks, Ramones t-shirt, and a pair of jeans he'll be ready to head for the mosh pit at the next punk show at the 40 Watt Club!
