I've figured out the TB part of it possibly might mean "Touch But" but the I and L leaves me stumped... Feel free to deride me those of you in the know... after all I'm just a curious little tom kitten looking for a way to survive in the mean big city lounge and I can always scoot away and hide if I feel threatened so there!
