So I'm at the Opera last night and my pager started vibrated just as the Opera ended

Turns out I had to leave at that exact moment to rush to the hospital and perform an emergency brain surgery to save this woman's life. I can't believe how rude some of the people were in the audience glaring at me as I left during one of the curtain calls. I mean jeez, it's not like the Opera was still going on and well it was life-threatening emergency brain surgery I had to perform. Thank goodness I parked on one of those parking lots where it never fills up and I could get out right away.
