ETA: Gack! That pic is 2788 pixels wide so even the thirty incher would only display 92% of it. Ah well, it beats the 46% I'm seeing now.

5. I have a 32" LCD-TV (a Sharp even)

and use my 24" monitor more often for watching movies as I have a nice pair of Sennheiser headphones for the computer :D

So, you gonna buy that monster-truck monitor?

Just checked prices and they start at $800. Have to make do with my 1280x1024 for the time being.

10. I need a whole new machine first

I've kept this one longer than any I've ever owned but it's getting a little long in the tooth (2GHz P4), though it still does everything I need it too, just not as fast.

Having a dual video card & spare monitor is nice...

It was strange at first, different size and the colors don't match either, but is neat having Opera browser on the left(webmail's) and FireFox on the right(DU+)
