This sucks ASS!
I interviewed for an in-house promotion weeks ago, and have been strongly hinted to by several upper-management types that I have "nothing to worry about"...but nothing is official until HR calls and formally offers the gig, which HR has not done yet.

Pick up the damn phone, HR, ya lazy gits!
