My diet lasted 36 hours this time!

That's 12 hours longer than when I last tried it four years ago.

I musta lost a full ounce.

But really...

Diets don't work...

I'm so sorry you're having trouble losing weight. I've found that changing how I live works best. I eat fewer calories, and exercise more.

It's slow, but it works...

I do not have the willpower for a diet.

I just wish this freaking university wouldn't make it so hard on a brother by putting three pizzerias, three fast food burger joints, a Taco Bell, an Italian joint, a Panera, a Buffalo Wild Wings, two mediocre corporate sit-down places, a Firehouse Subs, a Mexican restaurant, and a deli all within five minutes walking distance.

Don't feel too bad for me though. I'm not really all that big; I just need to eat better.

And you know, walking is a great way to get some exercise! I'd have a tough time avoiding the calories with those restaurants near me, too...
