They took me out of my (then-existing) program and put me in the new one and putting in a $200 termination fee. This was reversed (their error).
Of course, now I'm in a 2 year contract where I'm supposed to get a big discount each month.
Well, 3rd month and THERE IS NO DISCOUNT REFLECTED IN THE BILL.
Every month I get to call back and tell the (fool) the same story. Each month it's someone new who says everything gets taken care of. Still isn't taken care of.
Incidentally, I also received in the mail - along with the bill showing nothing has been done - that they have an even faster plan that I can try for 3 months for free! Am I going to sign up? Uh, not likely right now -- if they couldn't get my billing right from day 1 and it's still not correct (now in its 4th month) I'm not as likely to fall for it again.
