"Family Guy", seasons 1 and 2, aren't so bad.
(Season 3 onward went downhill, but seasons 1 and 2 have me laughing out loud...)

The random interludes were funny in the first couple seasons. Later on it seemed like they were just inserting random scenes to fill time in compensation for lazy writing
