There is a new member in the DU family!

[Hawkeye-X]

Baby Boy Hawkeye-X was born at 11:37pm at Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. BabyHawk has now pledged his allegiance to the President of the United States. :evilgrin:

For those who had a baby pool for Baby Hawkeye-X:

Born February 20, 2009, 7 pound 9 ounces, 22 inch baby boy.

The name will be revealed a week from today per Jewish law (I'm an agnostic Jew, but still respect the Jewish laws and customs. 'Course, the mother-in-law of mine is traditional Boro Park Orthodox)

For those in the Denver metro area, the bris will be held next Saturday late morning after services is complete, at the East Side Orthodox Synagogue at 198 S. Holly St. All are welcome!

A very tired and a very proud papa, Mom is already asleep, tired from the entire ordeal (weird water break, cervix not dilated fast enough, head in the wrong position (maybe due to small pelvis, as my wife is 5'2".) and finally deciding to do a C-Section with our OB-Gyn at 11:00pm at night, 15 hours in labor.

(It's 3 in the friggin' morning - now get off my lawn!)
