I mean, it's like a bunch of people got together and sat around and talked about what makes jazz so jazz-like; eventually they all agree that the two most important things that make jazz be jazz is 1) having something to say, and 2) soul.

7. I honestly don't think we should end it.

It can be very useful to society if we can just figure out some system for piping it into psych wards to anaesthetise the residents instead of pumping them full of drugs.

Perhaps we could find a way to turn it loose on rowdy crowds of looters and pilagers during riot situations and lull them into a stupor without having to involve any weapons or physical injury.

Naturally we'll involve foreign governments. There's got to be some sort of Geneva Convention-like accord agreeing not to use these technologies in unethical ways such as torture and death.
