I can't believe I just joined a weight loss website, but over the past couple of months I have put on a small tire around my mid-section (about six pounds). I know that doesn't sound like much, but I'm at that age when suddenly putting on weight is a warning sign so far as arterial inflammation, cardiac health, and Type Two Diabetes.
Because I was worried I bought her most recent book, which I liked enough to listen to her radio program on KFI.
She actually makes a lot of sense, so far as how to get healthy.
Anyway, I always thought these kind of websites were for women, but here I am... She really impresses me, and I am going to follow her program and try to get back on track. The stress of the last few months has really made me a mess, and I hope this will help me get back on track. I know it's my responsibility, but she inspires me.
Am I tossing good money after bad?
