3. We have those, they're called "Silver Alerts"

just like Amber Alerts for missing children. Silver Alerts are about missing elderly folks, and yes some of them happen to be black.

I haven't seen any for a Latino missing person, but that's probably because everybody here has young families. The old folks are still in the home country. I imagine as we go along, there will be, sadly.
