12 women, each hosts once a month all year long. You sit at tables of four each, roll three die. First roll is for ones, if you get 3 ones, you get a 3, if you get 2, you get a 2, etc., etc,. etc,

First table to get to 21 wins. If you roll three ones on the first game, it's called bunko. You continue with twos, threes, fours, etc.

It's not hard. Even I can do it, obviously.
