Actually, my family of WASPs doesn't need much of an excuse to not speak, my aunt didn't speak to my mother for 30 years. That was the nice thing about being married to an Italian girl, her family didn't let anything separate them (crime, prison, nothin'). My advice: breathe deeply, yell at them when they fuck up, and don't take it too seriously. Can you take a bear or a coyote to keep them in line? They don't have your address, do they?
