What sort of activities do you do, to keep your mind sharp
I figure the mind is not unlike a muscle (in terms of keeping it in shape). Do you engage in any activities to keep your mind sharp?

5. Very important issue to me
I'm 54 and my Dad suffered from Alzheimer's. As recommended by the Alzheimer's Assn, I do at least 3 crossword puzzles a day and I always have a book going on. I always try to overthink and make a mental challenge out of every task and I intently listen to everthing I hear. You have to exercise the brain. Its a horrible sight when its gone.

Believe me, correcting grammar, spelling and punctuation 8 hours a day is enough to keep your mind sharp.

20. I keep the complete series of Saved By the Bell on continuous loop
Nothing hones the razor's edge of mental acuity like the witty repartee and outrageous hijinx of the gang from Bayside High.

21. For starters, I never log on to FreakRepublikkk.
Read, read and read.

And do crosswords. Lot of people in my class do crosswords during lecture-breaks. I'm the go-to guy to solve obscure clues. And some not-so-obscure ones. A buddy of mine came to me with this the other day: 'The End', to Aristotle - _ME_A. He didn't think it through very well...
