and put it in the oven or toaster oven until it melts. Protein! It's good and goes down well.

6. I'm not promising anything, but it always stays down for me.

It is bland enough. And my belly is sensitive. I usually use American just for the melt factor. Cheddar will definitely taste better though.

You will keep down the cheese toast. I use American cheese because it digests more easily than cheddar. Good luck - food poisoning sucks really bad.
