Need help finding a song (warning: tough)

Not too long ago I watched a romantic movie or maybe just caught the ending. I remember a beautiful, haunting song, I think at the end and I was PRETTY sure it was either listed as Coldplay or Chris Martin in the credits. I've searched on i-tunes and find nothing like it except for the song Proof which is not on any soundtracks. I can't think of the movie AT ALL and it's not like I watch a lot of chick flicks. I want to say the name of the song was "I Fell" but I can't find THAT anywhere. I appreciate your help in advance.

but no. If you check i-tunes it sounds a lot like "Proof" but I don't think that's it. I wish I had more info. I know I feel like an idiot trying to explain this. Sorry.

Even if you don't know the movie, you can search by artist, then their appearances on soundtracks.
