Sunday, my husband and I are going to a free chamber music concert recital in a nearby community!

I love live music, and the folks who run this are really good at finding local talent...

It's a great way to spend the afternoon...a very pretty venue with amazing views of the California coast!

...Okay, so I'm not exactly over the moon about going to the convention center and breathing in so much new-car-smell and tire-odor in an enclosed space. But MG Jr. loves cars, so off we go. Plus I'll be able to see whether the car manufacturers have tweaked to what customers want and are offering ANY cars that get more than 15 MPG this year. (Last year that was the average MPG, and they were dead proud of 26 MPG. Idiots.)

Sunday...probably watching MG Jr. crash cars in his video games. Much more satisfying, I suspect.
