simply click the "post message" button more than once. the amount of times you click it will determine the amount of posts. it's the reason that people accidentally have "dupes" all the time

it did not.

I closed my browser, opened it, deleted cookies, and the cache, and it has not happened since, not even an error message.

Right before the test, I had an occurrence happen, so I was testing to see if I could even post.
