My teacher's awesome answers to questions about the tri-semester exam

I had class last night and the class was supposed to cover few topics and focus on our take home exam that's due next week.

"I don't want to give you the answers."

"If you pay attention you'll figure this out."

"If you didn't buy the latest edition of the text books you won't be able to answer some of these questions."

"Ha! Yeah, that's a tough one. (smirks) But just think, if you can figure this one out you'll be able to solve any of these you come across."


The last one was in response to my asking for some guidance or even hints on a frightening (the last question/part) deed I was trying to interpret.

This is a good class despite these absurdities - he pushes hard and expects you to go beyond the class and the required texts to do well.. and answer questions/hw's not actually covered in class or in the readings. I strangely appreciate it as I'm drowning trying to keep up/ahead but I am learning so much so fast and for the time being, I'm retaining it.
