Does anybody know who Jack Davis is? A cartoonist who has worked for MAD Magazine, among others, in the past?

I have no talent for drawing, but for years I have imagined a Jack Davis-style spoof of George W. Bush. One of Davis's gags when lampooning public figures was to portray them wearing raggedy sneakers with a shoelace trailing out behind, and a band-aid stuck to their foreheads. I imagined something like that for Bush; Wearing a business suit with the Presidential Seal on the breast pocket, a slingshot sticking out of the back pocket, the sneaker thing, the band-aid thing, and holding up a cartoon missile with "WMD" on it (if it includes a sprung spring, that would be funny) and pointing to it as if explaining it to the American people. Any other gags you can come up with, like toilet paper sticking to the sole of one of the sneakers, would be fun.

Can anybody come up with that? I'd love to see it. B-)

A buddy of mine taught me how in junior high - he'll STILL put a Don Martin face on a birthday card and stuff.
