4. yes, please - after meeting with sibs about aging parent issues,

and then being called to school because kiddo has stomach issues, it's been quite a long day, plus work calls and crap, let alone the week.... :hide:

This weekend will be the first time I’ve had some time for myself and my guy in about a month. Mr. Gut and I plan to eat out and drink booze at least 2 or 3 times.

...sadly, still six hours of excruciating boredom before pau hana time.

Took today off for my b-day....spent time at Starbucks, curled up with a book and hot cider (watching OTHER people rush off to work), went for a massage (had everything from my earlobes to my toes massaged...aaahhhh), shopped for some clothes and an indoor grill (in hopes of cooking/eating healthier!), and now waiting for dear daughter to get out of school so we can eat at a Japanese restaurant (which can't come soon enough, I've not eaten lunch cuz the place does a 4 course dinner and I'm trying to leave room for it all!).
