Post your best cheese sandwich recipe |
|
Mine: Toast 2 slices whole wheat bread Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both Sprinkle seasoning salt lightly on both - very important Place a slice of Muenster cheese on both Place both on a paper towel in microwave Microwave just until cheese melts - probably 30 seconds Take out and place on plate On one half, place thin slices of onions Add thin slices of tomato Add pickle slices if desired Add avocado slices if desired Add lettuce (romaine or butter lettuce) Place other piece of bread with the cheese side down on top of all Slice diagonally twice, so that you have 4 triangles Serve with fresh fruit and a cold beverage of your choice

1. Take a slice of cheese |
|
butter the bread, add cheese and top with a big serving of jelly.
Or slap a piece of cheese between layers of chocolate cake. Yum!
