1. "Wooly Bully" did not come out until 1965. That makes it from the middle 1960s, not the early part of the decade.

2. "Wooly Bully" never went to #1 in Billboard. It peaked at #2.

I LOVED that song as a kid. 1960, I think. I voted for "Georgia on My Mind" of the ones you posted, though. Ray Charles is as good as it gets.

"You don't know me" was also another early 60's hit that I recall fondly by Mr. Charles, but I don't know how high it went. My favorite song of this early 1960's period only made it to number 2, I think. That was the 1963 hit "Be My Baby" by the Rondelles. I also liked "Sheila" by Tommy Roe in 1962 that was a number one and also "A World Without Love" by Peter and Gordon, a number one tune in 1964. And of course the several Beatles tunes that made number one in '64.
