After much research, I have unlocked the secret to making women happy

In the interest of world peace, I am sharing it here for all to practice:

VBM: Vigorous Breast Massage. It releases endorphins. It helps alleviate breast tenderness associated with PMS. It relaxes and stimulates marvelously.

Have your woman lay on her back. Slowly push her breasts up toward her chin, then down again and back up, being careful not to press down on her chest. Use a gentle circular motion, and squeeze firmly at the top of the motion. You may tweak the nipples occasionally, but don't molest them.

WHEN:
At least once a day. Three times is better.
