Slept for six hours, and I somehow feel refreshed. Usually I have to sleep for nine or ten hours. But with my sleep-cycle disorder, that can someimes be hard to maintain.
I guess I just have to drink a lot of Mello Yello today to keep myself awake.

Bad back pain or the cats wake me up around 4 or 5 am every day. I'd give a lot to sleep 8 hrs uninterrupted.
