Anyone else tired of obnoxious passive aggressive "know it alls" at work?

Can we strangle them with-out being arrested? When they raise their voice to explain a pointless position, in a meeting where they aren't even relevant, may we raise a sword and chop it down over their heads?????

I am sick of aggressive/insulting loud mouthed pretentious but rather stupid co-workers.

Aggressive condescending and stupid....how much worst can it get? I suppose a bully boss could be bad but at least they are who they are.
